All products sold are digital downloads (PDFs, spreadsheets, planners, templates, workbooks). Products are delivered instantly via download link after payment.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required
• Payment is processed securely through Payhip
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect completed purchases.

4. Delivery

• Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment via a secure download link
• Download links are limited to 3 downloads per purchase
• Download links expire after 30 days
• It is your responsibility to download and save your files

5. Licence and Use

• You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the purchased products
• You may use the products for personal or commercial use (e.g. using budget templates for your business)
• You may NOT resell, redistribute, share, or give away the products
• You may NOT claim the products as your own original work
• You may NOT upload the products to any file-sharing platform

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. By completing checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge loss of your cancellation right once the download begins.

7. Intellectual Property

All products, designs, text, and content remain the intellectual property of Life Shift Kit. Your purchase grants a licence to use, not ownership of the intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life Shift Kit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
